Refund policy

As a British brand we take pride in customer service, your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not 100% completely satisfied with your product please let us know. We're always keen to speak with our customers and if there's an improvement we can make to our products, we'd love to hear about it!

For any of our products you’ve bought online, you have a right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund, unless our products were sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, and you have unsealed them. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to the eco-friendly, unsealed packaging of our laundry sheets, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged.

Please note that we cannot process returns for any opened products that are not faulty or damaged.

When you’re sending products back because you’ve changed your mind, you will be responsible for shipping costs and ensuring the products are returned to us undamaged.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case:

  1. 14 days from the day you:
    1. return any products delivered to you;
    2. provide evidence that you have returned them; or
  2. If there were no goods supplied, 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the agreement.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We promise to refund or replace all of the following:

 - Unopened items that are still sealed
 - Damaged items
 - Items that do not arrive (Missing parcels must be reported to us within 14 days of dispatch)
 

Returns & Refunds:

For product returns, email us at info@regn.co.uk for assistance. We can only accept certain items within 14 days of the order placement. Due to hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned, so contact us before sending anything back.

Contact us immediately if you encounter any issues with your order, and we will provide a prompt solution. Note that we cannot accept returns of used products based on personal preference (smell, taste, texture, etc.). Please contact us before returning any products.

All returns must be in the original packaging and suitable for resale.

 

Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering delivery addresses, and we bear no liability for inaccuracies since we have no control over the entered address. If an incorrect address leads to successful delivery, we cannot resend the parcel. However, if the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it to the customer upon payment of the redelivery cost.

Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you have any concerns.

 

Allergic Reaction Policy:

While we hope you have a fantastic experience with our products, individual skin reactions can occur. We are not liable for any reactions, as they are attributed to individual skin sensitivity, not the product itself.

Always conduct a patch test and wait 24 hours with any Laundry product. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if a severe allergic reaction occurs. Check the product page for ingredients to ensure you do not have a known allergy to any specific ingredient.
